Born in Jujuy.
Primary School: Normal School "Juan Ignacio Gorriti"
Secondary School: Our lady of the Huretus Institute, obtaining the title of Chartered Accountant

In 1986, graduated from the University of the North, Saint Thomas Aquinas, with the best student degree as a Lawyer and worked independently as such until 2015. 
President of Jujuy´s School of Lawyers: from 1996 to 2002 and Vice-president of the Argentine Federation of the School of Lawyers: from 1999 to 2002.

Driving force in the creation of the Professional´s School Forum of Jujuy in 1999; foundress of the FORINS Foundation - Institutional Strengthening and Civic Education - in 1997 and General Coordinator of the Solidarity Community Plan, promoted by the Flag Pact in 2001.

Member of the Board of the "Commitment Foundation" in Buenos Aires: from 2002 to 2015; Co- founder and Member of the Center for the New Leadership (CNL) in Buenos Aires in 2003 and Co-founder and Member of the Argentine Chapter of the International Women Forum - IWF - since 2005

Co- founder and President of the Liberty and Responsible Democracy Party - LyDer in 2002
Member of the Political Action Net (RAP) since 2003. Provincial Deputy: from 2011 to 2015.
Minister of Education of the Province of Jujuy since 2015 to the present
