评委会注重考查的方面

全球教师奖的申请人将按照一套严格的标准接受评审,从而选出在教育领域做出卓越贡献的杰出教师。

评委会注重考查的方面有:

课堂内外对参选教师的工作评价,包括学生、同事、校长或社区群众的评价。

(例如,依据本地/本国的教学奖项;本地/本国的刊物或学术出版物的表彰;高成就学生、同事、校长的引荐或推荐;促进教育事业的外部组织或委员会中的活跃会员)

鼓励他人加入教师队伍。通过发表文章、博客,制作媒体节目,参加社交媒体宣传、活动或会议,提高公众对教师职业的关注度。

(例如,通过在您的学校或教师培训学院为教师提供培训或指导;请举例说明您提高所在国家/地区教师地位的举措。)

采用有效的创新型教学实践。

(例如,创造性地运用技术或非典型教学技巧)

学生通过课堂学习取得显著的学习效果。

(例如,学生学习成果、出勤/行为的改善;学生成为世界各行业领域的高成就者)

在社区等课堂外环境中取得的,足以成为教师工作或其他工作典范的成就。

资格

全球教师奖评委会由世界各地的校长、教育专家、评论家、媒体人、政府官员、企业家、公司高管和科学家组成,全权负责裁定获奖者。

与评委会面对面

为义务教育阶段或 5 到 18 岁年龄段儿童和青少年授课的当前在职教师均有资格参加。持续从事兼职教学的教师,如在线课程教师,也具备参选资格。不限参选者的学校性质和国别,但须符合地方法规要求。
